Below is a message I received regarding an opportunity for CALS Graduate students to get involved.  The person who sent it to me is currently working with the program and is a CALS Alum.  Please share it with your graduate students as appropriate.

Could you share thiswith CALS students (in particular graduate students) the following opportunity to apply to be a Mickey Leland International Hunger Fellow (the program that I am currently on). They can see all of the placement opportunities here: http://www.lelandapplication.org/placements.
I’ve been told that they would really like to see more students from agricultural fields apply-and you can let students know that in addition to myself, another UA alumni is a member of the 7th Class, so we already have a good reputation as Wildcats!
Most of these opportunities are geared towards students who are soon to complete a Masters or Ph.D., but on occasion, some placements take students who have recently completed their undergraduate degree. Requirements are specific to each placement, so they should read through each placement thoroughly. Applicants can apply for up to 2 placements.
