UAAC:

 

It is with great sadness that we announce that Kristin Eaton is tendering
her resignation as Business Analyst with UITS. Kristin will be moving back
to her home state of New York to be closer to family and has been offered a
position with Paul Smith's College as their new Associate Registrar. Her
last day with the University of Arizona will be Friday, April 18th. We wish
her the very best of luck. 

 

With Kristin's upcoming departure, there will be a few changes to the
contacts and responsibilities associated with Academic Advising that we wish
to share with the Advising Community. Heather Jepsen will be taking over
Kristin's responsibilities with Advisor Assignments and the AA Advanced
Training on making student exceptions. She will continuing her duties with
the Degree Search website. 

 

Questions pertaining to the Academic Advisement Reports and Smart Planner
will be shared amongst Brad Hensley, Heather Jepsen, and Brandon Romero.
Each will be responsible for providing support to specific colleges moving
forward. The college designations are as follows: 

 

Brad Hensley: 

-          Eller College of Management

-          College of Science

-          College of Social and Behavioral Sciences

Heather Jepsen:

-          College of Agriculture and Life Sciences

-          College of Engineering

-          College of Letters, Arts, and Science

-          College of Pharmacy

-          UA South

Brandon Romero:

-          College of Architecture, Planner, & Landscape Architecture

-          College of Education

-          College of Fine Arts

-          College of Humanities

-          College of Medicine

-          College of Nursing

-          College of Public Health
