[Agvisors] public speaking

All,
  The communications department is setting up two sections of public speaking for us.  This will accommodate 60 students total.  We can set up the enrollment a couple of ways.  First, we can put the requirement group on that the student must be a student in a CALS major; or we can list specific majors and allow only those to register; or, we can keep a list and hand register.  I am inclined to say that if you are in CALS, you can register and it is first come, first serve.  I would like you feedback ASAP, so that I can work with comm to get this done.  Then, PLEASE let your students know that they can take it!
