[Agvisors] FW: Advisor Notes and Advisement Reports in Student Services Center

Good morning.

There have been some changes to Student Center and Student Services Center we wanted to let you know about.

First, we have added a link to Advisor Notes in Student Services Center. For those with Advisor Notes access, an Advisor Notes link will appear in the drop down menu under "Academics." Selecting this link and clicking the radial navigation button will open a new tab in UAccess to the notes page with the ID field populated so you can easily review or input new notes. When you are done you can simply close that tab to be taken back to Student Services Center.


1.       Select Advisor Notes from Academics drop down menu.

2.       Click radial navigation button.

3.       Advisor Notes page, with ID already populated, will open in a new tab.

The second change is that all references to the advising report in Student Center and Student Services Center have been universalized to "Advisement Report" (previously, the advisement report was called "Academic Requirements" in these two locations). We hope aligning our terminology on these pages allows advisors to communicate more clearly with students while also making it easier for students locate their advisement report in Student Center.
