Hi Nancy,

 

It was great to see you this morning. I had fun presenting to the group,
even though I didn't know the answers to some of the questions. I remembered
two of the questions I got this morning (miracle) and asked Chris. I am
sending you the answers for you to forward on:

 

1.       Yes, it is possible to email the search results from the WJL
Faculty Interface to a listserv. What you would need to do is email yourself
the results and then forward that to your listserv.

2.       Yes, it is possible to go into Analytics and get the data that you
are interested in from the Destination Survey. This assumes that the
individual has the "rights" to that level within Analytics. There is a User
Agreement that the user must "sign" that spells out how the information can
be used. Then an email is automatically forwarded to Chris who then approves
the request. We designed it this way so that the data requests did not have
to come through us.
