PLEASE NOTE: Location for registration for students and faculty check in has
been changed. It will NOT be under the white tent north of McKale.  It will
be inside of McKale on the south end of McKale.  Registration for students
will be from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.  Faculty will need to be there between
7:45 to 8:00 a.m.

SUBJECT:    Your invitation to CALS Commencement, May 11, 2013

The College of Agriculture and Life Sciences will be honoring graduating
seniors and graduate students on Saturday, May 11, 2013 at McKale Center.
Doors open at 7:00 am for guest seating and student registration will be
north of McKale under the white tent; the program will begin with a
processional at 8:30 a.m.  We estimate the duration of the ceremony will be
approximately 1.5 hours. Refreshments will be served immediately following
the reception at the same location as where registration was held under the
white tent North of McKale.

We ask that all Faculty walk in the procession and be seated on the stage.
However, if a faculty member prefers not to please contact Cecilia Mazon
cmazon at cals.arizona.edu to reserve a seat. Faculty will need to be at McKale
between 7:45 am to 8:00 am in room 108-A&B.  If you prefer to be escorted to
the room please, go to the tent that will be North of McKale and someone
will escort you to the room. Refreshments will be served for Faculty before
the Commencement in room 108 A&B.

Please note Spring location: This event will be held at McKale Center not at
Centennial Hall.
