[Agvisors] Spring 2013 Late Change Petition

Greetings Agvisors:

 

Friendly reminder to share with students when  you meet with them as
applicable.  After March 5, 2013 students need a Late Change Petition form
along with a Change of Schedule form for any Spring 2013 schedule changes
(i.e. withdrawing, adding, changing grade status - Pass/Fail to regular,
etc.).  Both forms need to be signed by the instructor prior to submission
to Forbes Room 211 for Dean's consideration.  Below are some quick tips that
will be posted in Forbes Room 211.  

 

The Late Change Petition form is available in Forbes Room 211.  If you have
any questions or concerns please let Kristen (kgeary at email.arizona.edu) or I
know.  Thanks in advance for providing students with this information, as
requested.

 

Spring 2013 Late Change Petition  information for CALS students:

 

.         The deadline to withdraw from a course was March 5, 2013 with only
instructor's permission.

 

.         To withdraw from a course at this point in the semester you must
file a late change petition.  

 

.         The petition may or may not be approved; you must have an
extenuating circumstance, such as a documented illness or family emergency,
for the petition to be approved.

 

.         Petitions will not be granted for poor performance.

 

.         A late change petition can be obtained from the front desk in
Forbes 211.
