Good to hear about the availability of IT money for classroom equipment.  I will forward your email to Robert Lanza (IT) and Camille Hooper (RCS) to get their input on classroom control/capabilities for the Norton School.  What is your deadline for getting this information?

Hi All,
  I need your help.  Can you email me what classrooms (with details about room and equipment)  your department schedules and controls?  Include whether you have total control, or just first priority, and what capabilities it has.  There is going to be some IT money in the near future and we are compiling a list of departmentally controlled rooms to see which ones need equipment updates.

I realize that many of you do not do the scheduling, but you are the only group that ever responds to my requests, so I am tapping you one more time.

Any help will be appreciated.
