[Agvisors] UAccess Advisor Contact Information

Greetings Agvisors:

 

UAccess Student Center has a new feature for students - Academic Advisor
Assignments.  Each student will have access to view who their advisor is
based on their declared major and minor (plan stacks).  It has the
capability of listing the advisor based on sub-plans as well.  It will be
available on the Academic Advising section of the Student Center.

 

Kristen Geary and I will be entering the information as it's listed on the
Advising Resource Center website.  We can add a brief welcome note, direct
them to your website to schedule an appointment or anything you would like
(200 character limit) next to the advising contact information.  As a
default we will add a welcome note to the major and minor (i.e. "Welcome to
the Agribusiness Economics and Management Major").  If you would like
additional information to be added please send it to me via email, keeping
in mind the 200 character limit.

 

For FSHD and RCSC students we'll include the link for scheduling
appointments on-line (as it's listed on the ARC website). 

 

Please let me know if your unit has specific advisors for certain student
populations (i.e. honors, athletes, etc.) that have a UAccess student group
code.  Also let me know if the major advisor is different from the minor
advisor within your unit.
