Dear Colleagues:

 

I would like to bring to your attention volunteer opportunities that we
promote through the College of Education.  We are often approached by
legitimate organizations in the Tucson community who are looking for
volunteers.  These are non-profit organizations that carry out everything
from reading to children at libraries to assisting refugees.  

 

We have compiled these flyers in a book and you are more than welcome to
share this information with your students.  There are paper copies of all of
the flyers that students can browse and take copies.  The book is located in
the Office of Student Services in EDUC 247.

 

As you know, students potentially can earn course credit through LASC for
their intern service.  Should you have any questions, please email me
directly!
