[Agvisors] Spring 2013 Leave of Absence

Greetings Students and Happy New Year:

 

If you plan to submit a leave of absence form for the Spring 2013 semester
please note that the deadline to submit the form is today January 8, 2013 by
4:00pm to Forbes Room 211 (fax number is 520-621-8662). The form can be
obtained on-line at: http://registrar.arizona.edu/registrarforms or in
person at Forbes Room 211.

 

To qualify students must have a cumulative grade point average of a 2.0 and
must have been enrolled for Fall 2012.
