Subject: Degree Tracker refresher or new training

 

Good afternoon!

 

Since Degree Tracker is getting closer to being live for many students and
advisors, I wanted to send a note out to those colleges and departments who
have been involved in testing and development thus far.

 

For some of you, advisors are just about to move into a live environment or
have recently moved into it so you can review the project with live students
(though the students aren't live yet). 

 

For others of you, your students are already able to view Degree Tracker or
soon will be. 

 

With all of this activity, our team wanted to offer a time for a refresher
for you and advisors in your colleges. We have reserved UITS room 130B on
March 7th from 8:30-noon for a refresher. Please feel free to stop by or
have advisors in your colleges come by for a short time if they'd just like
some practice working in the environment along with a time to talk to our
team about any questions in person.

 

This date is also a great opportunity for advisors who were hired after the
initial training for your colleges or couldn't make the training sessions
we've had. 

 

If this time doesn't work, and you or other advisors need an additional time
frame for review, please let me know.
