Here are some important registration dates to remember for the Fall 2013
term:

 

August 23, 2013 - Last day for dean's offices to submit Undergraduate Leave
of Absence forms to the Registration and Transcripts Office--due by 4:00
p.m.!

 

August 26, 2013 - First day of Fall classes.

 

August 26, 2013 - First day to file a Grade Replacement Opportunity (GRO),
see http://registrar.arizona.edu/gro. 

 

August 26, 2013 - First day to add classes for audit; instructor signature
is required on a Change of Schedule form.

 

August 26, 2013 - Last date to pay for Fall 2013 without a late charge.

 

September 3, 2013 - Last day for students to use UAccess for adding classes,
changing classes, or changing sections, and changing to/from pass/fail
grade.

 

September 4, 2013 - Begin $25.00 late drop fee; assessed for each course
dropped by undergraduate students; for exceptions, see
http://www.registrar.arizona.edu/regtrans/webreg.

 

September 4, 2013 - Instructor approval required on a Change of Schedule
form to ADD or CHANGE classes.

 

September 4, 2013 - Registration from zero units requires a Change of
Schedule form with Instructor and Dean's approval.

 

September 6, 2013 - Last day to receive a REFUND for a complete withdrawal
or for any drop in units.

 

September 16, 2013 - Last day to increase in units without the $250 Late
Registration Fee.

 

September 17, 2013 - Begin $250 Late Registration Fee for increase in units.

 

September 17, 2013 - Registration from zero units requires: 

 

*	Written statement from student explaining the reason for late
registration
*	Instructor and Dean's approval on a Change of Schedule form
*	Pre-payment of tuition and fees
*	Registrar's Office approval

 

September 20, 2013 - Last day to file a Grade Replacement Opportunity (GRO);
deadline is 5 PM MST.

 

September 22, 2013 - Last day for students to use UAccess to drop classes.

 

September 22, 2013 - Last day to change from pass/fail to regular grade or
vice versa with just instructor approval on a Change of Schedule form.

 

September 22, 2013 - Last day for department users to enroll for the Fall
2013 term

 

September 23, 2013 - All registrations must be handled by the Registration
and Transcripts Office in Admin 210 using a Change of Schedule (Drop/Add)
form.  Students must present their forms in person. If students have
extenuating circumstances preventing them from personally presenting their
form, they need to contact 520-621-3113 for an exception. 

 

September 23, 2013 - Instructor approval is required on a Change of Schedule
form to drop a class. A grade of W or E will be awarded.

 

September 23, 2013 - Instructor and Dean's approval is required on a Change
of Schedule form to change from a graded course to audit or vice versa.

 

September 23, 2013 - Instructor and Dean's approval is required on a Change
of Schedule form to change from pass/fail to regular grade or vice versa.

 

October 21, 2013 - All registration changes require both an Instructor's
signature and a Dean's signature

 

December 11, 2013 - Last day of Fall classes.

 

December 11, 2013 - Last day for a complete withdrawal.
