Hello,

I hope this email finds you well as the semester flies by! As past
attendants in a Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) suicide prevention training,
I wanted to send information about a free online training for faculty and
staff called Kognito. Kognito offers participants practice reaching out to
students who may be dealing with mental health issues. The staff/faculty
course (login info below) takes about 45 min. to complete and is geared to
those without mental health expertise. 

I thought this could be another resource for you and the employees in your
department. Feel free to share the information with anyone who may be
interested across campus. Staff at Campus Health have gone through the
training and feedback has been very positive.

to helping students and colleagues on our campus.
