Subject: Non-Degree Units Service Indicator

 

Good morning.  

 

A positive service indicator has been created to help advisors identify
students who are enrolled in or have completed units with a non-degree
seeking designation.  The AND service indicator will display if a student
has any non-degree seeking units on his/her record.  We hope this new
service indicator will alert students to the non-degree unit maximum and
help advisors identify and advise students who have or could possibly exceed
the 15 unit limit.

 

The alert on the AND service indicator reads "Undergraduate students can use
a maximum  of 15 units taken in non-degree seeking status towards graduation
at The University of Arizona.  This message has been placed on your account
because you are enrolled in or have completed non-degree seeking units.  It
is recommended that you consult with your academic advisor regarding this
coursework."

 

To see if a student has the non-degree seeking unit service indicator on
their account click on the positive service indicator icon ()in Student
Services Center and look for the AND service indicator.
