[Agvisors] CALS Academic Status Student Notifications after Spring 2012

Greetings Agvisors:

First off, thank you for responding to the Spring 2012 probation report
recommendations.  Attached are the email notices that students received
today regarding their academic status.  If you have any questions or
suggestions please let me know.

Spring 2012 overall statistics after consulting with department advisors:

1        = Disqualification (DQ) - (44 students)

2        = 1st time Probation - (75 students)

3        = Continuing Probation  - (51 students)

4        = Congratulations for fulfilling academic contract, but continue on
probation - (11 students)

5        = Congratulations for attaining good academic standing = (51
students) J

6        = Courtesy semester (will be Disqualified after Fall 2012; students
can appeal) - (57 students)

Total Students = 289 of which 194 are continuing students
