Subject: Smart Planner is now updated and live for students!!

 

Hello AgVisors,

 

The Advisor View has been updated and the Student View for the Smart Planner
is live for the pilot group of CALS students in the 2011-2012 requirement
term! As of yesterday afternoon we had 20+ students log in and use the
planning tool. 

 

There are a few cases in which a 2011-2012 requirement term student would
not be able to use the Smart Planner: if they are pursuing a double degree,
double major, or in the honors program. Currently only 235 students of the
1072 students are affected by these circumstances. We are in the process of
working on the honors Smart Planner configuration (that is first on our
agenda to work out), then once the other majors are built anyone who has a
double degree or major will be able to access the Smart Planner.

 

I really appreciate the time and effort you all have put in to this project.
