Subject: Dynamic Deadlines - New Tool to View Deadline Dates!

 

A new tool has been designed and installed on the UA website to help
everyone-instructors, students, staff members-easily determine registration
deadline dates for dynamically-dated classes. This tool will let you know:

 

Start/End Dates of a Course

Last Day to Drop Without a Grade

When Instructor's Signature is Required

When Instructor and Dean's Signatures are Both Required

Last Day to Withdraw

 

You can get to the dates for a Dynamically Dated Session in two ways. You
can go directly to the Dates and Deadlines Calendar and click on the link
"Dates and Deadlines" (highlighted in yellow):

Or, you can go directly to the Dynamically Dated Session by following this
link:  http://registrar.arizona.edu/schedules/default.htm.   Scroll down to
the bottom to find options for selecting a term, click on the desired term,
and wait for the table to refresh:

In the very near future, a link will be added to the Registration Dates and
Deadlines Calendar page in the section "Go directly to:" at the top of the
page for easy access. Please be sure to pass this information to your
students, coworkers, and instructors.
