This is NOT walk in testing. Students must make an appointment.
Retesting information for freshman is available through the math link
in the Next Steps Center and at math.arizona.edu/placement/freshman 
at the bottom of the page.

In regard to Tina's e-mail below, I called the testing office to double
check on the times that are available for students to retest this week.. For
this week only, the testing office will have extended hours on Monday,
Wednesday and Friday – they will stay open until 8:30 PM each of those days
to accommodate students who want to retest. Additionally, they will be open
this Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Subject: math 100 and 100AX, other math courses

 

Hi,

 

We will be tight on seats in several areas, including Math 100, 100AX, 112,
122A, 122B.

We are expecting to run out of seats in math 100 and 100AX this week.  For
Math 100, 112, 122A/B and other courses, please direct students to try to
add students on their own through Uaccess Student. We do not add students to
math classes during math advising in the ILC.

 

You should be receiving a message about Math 100AX and the Schedule for
Success program before Wednesday. We will have this program for today's
orientation and the New Start one on Friday, but NOT the Wednesday session.
Please stay tuned for more information. We don't have enough seats to
accommodate all of these students and wanted to make sure the New Start
Students would be able to participate.

 

All students can retest. Retesting information is available through
math.arizona.edu/placement/freshman , at the bottom of the page. This is the
Math Placement link in the Next Steps Center.  We also have math 100
available during summer session II.
