I have updated the SAP presentation power point with the revisions of the
SAP Pace standard (per UA policy) and attached it to this email.  

 

On Slide #3, there is an example to assist with understanding the units
completed/attempted calculation(s) necessary for a student to meet SAP Pace.

 

SAP Policy is located at

Students must meet Pace and progress toward graduation by successfully
completing 2/3 of the Cumulative number of credit hours earned ÷ Cumulative
number of credit hours attempted

The following courses do not count as attempted or completed units in the
SAP Pace calculation:

·         Correspondence 

·         Audit 

·         Credit by exam 

The following courses count as attempted but do not count as completed units
in the SAP Pace calculation:

·         Incomplete 

·         Failed 

·         Withdrawn 

·         More than one repeat of any previously passed course
