remind you that students can still bring or mail official transcripts
directly to her. The transcripts must be official and sealed if they are
hand delivered to her.

Subject: New Email Address for Electronic Transcript Delivery

 

I have created a new central email address for electronic transcript
delivery.  You can provide students with this address if they wish to have
their transcript emailed to us as opposed to being mailed.  We should no
longer provide our personal email addresses for transcript delivery.  

 

The new address is REG-transcripts at email.arizona.edu.  

 

As a reminder - these documents need to come through eScrip Safe,
Credentials Solutions, or another third party, secure vendor, NOT from the
sending institutions or the students themselves.

 

When we receive the email, we will print the document, pre-treat it, and
send it down for scanning and processing like a regular paper transcript.
