Technology's persistence within higher education has resulted in habitual
multi-tasking among college and university students. With an increase in the
number of reported anxiety disorders, this notion of multi-tasking increases
the learning challenges for students with anxiety. This presentation will
showcase strategies for students to balance technology with sound mental
health options.
