Dear Advising Community:

 

First please allow me to thank you for the great work you do both with
students and the numerous administrative responsibilities that you handle
each day.  Among those responsibilities I understand that you are working on
curriculum updates with your departments and providing data for the Degree
Tracker project-a.k.a. four-year plans.

 

As you are well aware, the information you are providing is critical to help
students get accurate information at crucial points during their academic
career.  I want to especially thank those of you who have already submitted
curriculum updates (one department had 16 sub-plans to update), and I
encourage the rest of you to do the same.  The process is somewhat different
than years past which I realize required some adjustments on your part; I
appreciate your flexibility and am pleased that we have gone paperless! 

 

Please be aware that the deadline is firm this year (February 10, 2012) and
that late submissions will not be honored for the 2012-2013 catalog.  Again,
thank you for prioritizing these important tasks that will help us better
serve our incoming and current students.
