The attached document contains the Interim Policy on Retroactive Withdrawal.
This interim policy was developed over the last year by a task force that
included lawyers from the Office of the General Counsel, faculty on the
General Petitions Committee, the Chair of the Faculty, an advisor, an
associate dean, representatives from Campus Health, Office of Institutional
Equity, and the Disability Resource Center, and an undergraduate student.
The interim policy has been reviewed and approved by the Provost Council,
the General Counsel, the Chair of the Faculty, and the President.  

 

The Interim Policy on Retroactive Withdrawal will remain in effect until it
is reviewed and given final approval by the appropriate UA committees.
