Late Change College Petition Policy for CALS Students
Any schedule change requires instructor permission and Dean's approval at
this point (for partial schedule changes - i.e. attempting to drop one of
the four classes on your schedule). In CALS, all students must submit a
completed Late Change Petition along with a change of schedule form for
Dean's consideration. It must be based on an extenuating circumstance. For
more information visit Forbes Room 211 or call 520-621-3616. DEADLINE TO
SUBMIT COMPLETED PETITION IS MONDAY, DEC. 3rd at 5:00pm IN FORBES 211.
**Note that the petition requires instructor signature and other information
along with a change of schedule form.

UA Complete Withdrawal process
Students that plan to file for a complete withdrawal this Fall 2012 term
(drop to 'zero' units) can refer to the attachment "online withdrawal
instructions" sheet. The process is done on-line through the Registrar's
Office at www.registrar.arizona.edu - refer to Registrar Links - then 'for
Students' - then Complete Withdrawal process (and follow the steps from
there). Deadline for complete withdrawal is December 5, 2012.
Tips and other information:
. The online process will be shut down at midnight on 12/05/2012
. Students can (and should) print a copy before they submit the form
online
. Students are told to check UAccess to confirm processing of the
complete withdrawal
. Only international students receive an email confirmation since they
have to go through ISPS before the complete withdrawal is processed by Patti
Hope the semester is ending well for all students. Best of luck with final
exams!
