Good morning Agvisors:

 

I was informed this morning that only UA undergraduates can sign up for the
placement exam on-line via the College of Humanities website.  If we (as
advisors) try to access it we’ll get an error message that it’s only for
students.

 

If a student has problems logging in they can contact the College of
Humanities at 520-621-1048 or in the Modern Languages Building Room 345.
The exam will only be offered on Fridays.

We seem to also have a problem with score not being read by Uaccess and thus
students having to be manually enrolled for appropriate level despite having
taken test

Happy First Day of Classes!

 

I know that you are all swamped, so I’ll be brief. We have had a lot of
students making appointments with advisors thinking that they were actually
going to be taking the language placement exam. Please, please let your
students know that these are the steps (you may refer back to my email of
7/16/2012):

 

1.       Log on to http://w3.coh.arizona.edu/advising

2.       From the drop down menu, select LANGUAGE PLACEMENT EXAM APPOINTMENT
(NOT Spanish General Education Advising)

3.       Select Justin LeBreck

4.       Choose time slot
