Greetings Agvisors:

 

Hope you are all enjoying the last few days of summer prior to the beginning
of the Fall term (11 more days).  

 

The 1st Agvisor meeting for the Fall will be next Thursday August 16 from
11:00-1:00 at McPark Room 202.  Lunch will be available by 11:00am.   Please
send me your Jimmy Johns lunch selection via email, in person at Forbes 211
or fax 621-8662 no later than Tuesday 8/14 by 4pm.  The menu is attached.  

 

Choose the following:

.         Sandwich choice (from menu)

.         Cookie - chocolate chip or oatmeal

.         Chips - regular, baked, salt and vinegar, BBQ, sun chips

.         Drink - water, diet coke, coke

Aug. 16 (Thurs.) 11:00am-1:00pm at McPark 202

 

Tuesdays from 11:00am-1:00pm:

Sept. 11 at Saguaro Hall 219 (please note date change from former email)

Oct. 16  at McPark 402

Nov. 13 at McPark 402

 

Dec. 13 (Thurs.) Retreat from  9:00am-1:00pm at TBD

Meet and Greet Event for New Students 

 

All Agvisors are invited to attend an informal "Meet and Greet" for all
incoming Freshmen on Friday, August 17 from 4:15-5:15pm in the Forbes
Lobby/Courtyard.  Pizza will be available on a first come first serve basis.
This event will be following the UA Clicks session that all incoming
Freshmen are required to attend.  Handouts on campus resources, student
clubs and organizations, Fall dates and deadlines, and more will be
available for the students.  We are hoping for CALS Agvisors to be available
for last minute questions students may have prior to their first day of
classes.

 

Come join us in making the new students feel welcome!  Save the date and
time.
