Hi Everyone,

Please remember you are testing students that have a 2114 requirement term. Anyone not in that term will have blank reports. We would like to you to use student outside of this term, but you need to provide us with those SIDs so we can add them to you testing group. If you are testing students that have a 2114 requirement term and they still do not have a Degree Tracker report or a blank Degree Tracker plan please email me and Pattie (our People Soft consultant) pattie.adams at io-consulting.com<mailto:pattie.adams at io-consulting.com>.

Thanks for sharing your feedback regarding the degree tracker testing. I'm sure Heather will follow up with you soon.  Keep in mind she will also be holding 'lab hours' in January (refer to email I sent yesterday regarding the Degree Tracker Updates).  I'm sure she is appreciating the feedback now.

DegreeTracker appeared for me today, too. However, I was only able to successfully run one test - and that student turned out to not even be an RCSC major (but was AREC). For all of our other students, I got one of two error messages: DTSR did not exist or was not found.

I know that Allison found similar results for FSHD. Have any of you had a similar problem?

Jessica,

I have been unable to run a DTSR report (step 6a. on page 3 of Student Administration Instruction Document).  I probably am doing something incorrectly in the procedure. Yesterday, the Degree Tracker option did not appear on my screen, but it does appear on screen today.

I am wondering if any of you have tried running your tests on DegreeTracker. In the Norton School, we haven't been able to progress to actually run the Degree Tracker (it doesn't show up as an option on our screen). We can pull the advisement report, but can't go any farther.
I have emailed Heather and she is working on it, but I just wondered if anyone else has run into a similar problem.
