Subject: New GRO Eligibility Requirement

 

Beginning Fall 2011, students must have less than 60 UA units in order to be
eligible for GRO.  This calculation includes all attempts-withdrawals,
complete withdrawals, and audits.  There is not a cumulative field in
UAccess that displays this total, so a new report has been added to the GRO
tab in the UAnalytics Advisor Dashboard.  A screenshot is attached.  

 

Note: W grades were not included in attempted units prior to UAccess and
those grades were converted as is.  W grades going forward are included in
attempted units.
