Leave of Absence:

Students, if you had enrollment at the UA this past Spring 2011 term, have a
cumulative GPA of a 2.0 or higher, and plan to take one or two semesters off
from the UA (i.e. plan to take classes elsewhere for Fall 2011 and Spring
2012 or just Fall 2011; work; etc.) but still want the UA to hold your spot
as a student..then do not forget to turn in a Leave of Absence (LOA) form in
Forbes 211 no later than this Friday August 19 by 4:30pm.

The LOA will allow you to register during priority registration for the term
you plan on coming back to the UA. Failure to submit a LOA form by taking a
term or two off will make you submit a readmission application through the
Office of Admissions for the term you plan on returning. The LOA will save
you some time and money.

Questions - call 520-621-3616 to speak with an advisor.
