The Collective Impact State Working Group would like to hear from you so that we can better serve your needs.

Our communities face complex challenges and solving those challenges requires multifaceted collective efforts. The University of Arizona Cooperative Extension (UACE) is committed to supporting positive change in our communities, tribes, and counties. Using a collective impact approach to cross-sector work is more than community service; it is a core part of Extension work and is a central part of what is needed for community change.

The Community Engagement for Collective Impact committee developed this survey to gather your insights on Community Engagement for Collective Impact and to support your efforts to engage more effectively across all sectors in your community.

Why We Need Your Input:  By completing this survey, you will play a vital role in shaping how UACE supports community engagement for Collective Impact initiatives in our counties and programs by helping us understand what tools and resources you need to do this work.
