PROPOSED ERE RATE CHANGES FOR FY13

Please see the attached memo from Milton Castillo, UA Sr. V.P. for Business
Affairs and CFO, regarding very significant proposed changes in ERE rates
for FY13.  This will particularly impact graduate student assistantship (GA)
lines.
