Tuesday Morning Notes - CORRECTION

We have a correction to the information sent out earlier today on the Simple
Hydroponic System workshop and a change to the payment procedure.

 

Checks should NOT be made out to Pat Rorabaugh as indicated.  A revised
version of the article is below with the correct payment and contact
information.

 

UPCOMING EVENT:

 

A one-day Simple Hydroponic System workshop, for those interested in
learning how to build simple hydroponic systems (growing without soil), will
take place Friday, July 22 from 9:00am-5:00pm at the UA Controlled
Environment Agriculture Center (1951 E. Roger Road, Tucson).  All supplies
to make 3 simple hydroponic systems will be included.  There will also be a
tour of the CEAC greenhouses and discussions about nutrients, pest
management and more.  The cost is $50.  Dr. Pat Rorabaugh has over 21 years
of experience in hydroponics and has been teaching for over 12 years.  She
will be assisted by Ph.D. graduate student, Stacy Tollefson, and CEAC
volunteers.  For a registration form or more information, contact Dr. Pat

made payable to "The University of Arizona" and on the check memo line
indicate "Dr. Pat Rorabaugh, ABE Account 246260."
